  Tropical General Investments (TGI), an international investment and holding company, is organizing the Young Professionals Program (YPP). According to the company, the YPP is a talent development program that avails young professionals the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge, build professional competencies, and cause their career ambitions to come alive.

Persons who are selected by the Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group will work across several businesses within the group. They will do this after undergoing a six-week induction program. They will learn how these businesses produce world-class products, and gain an insight into what it takes to work in an establishment with a global focus. Note that this program will run for 6 months.

Eligibility

Persons who want to apply for a place in this program should meet the criteria:
  • Have a B.Sc. in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or other disciplines applicable to the business
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Persons with professional certification will have an added advantage
  • Must have completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
  • Their CV must include all relevant information
