Eligibility

The Sterling Bank Graduate Trainee Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA in at least the Second Class Honours Lower Division
  • Must have completed the NYSC program
  • Should not be older than 26 years at the time they apply
  • Persons who are tech savvy and are proficient in any of these programming languages should indicate Java, XML, Android Development, Git, HTML, CSS, Kotlin, Go, etc.
