  Procter & Gamble is currently accepting applications from persons who want to take on roles within it as part of its ‘Learnership’ program. This initiative, which is a ‘Multiple Function Internship Program,’ is open specifically to recent graduates who are looking to acquire and sharpen vital skills in the lead-up to a career in the corporate world.

Through this program, Procter & Gamble wants to recruit outstanding talent who will work on real-world assignments while being mentored by experienced professionals at the company. Note that only applications from persons who have not yet commenced the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program will be accepted.

Benefits

The Procter & Gamble Learnership program will yield these benefits for persons who are accepted into it:
  • Learn on the job in roles within one of these departments: Marketing, Consumer Market Knowledge, Sales, Purchases, Human Resources, Supply Network Operations, etc.
  • Take on challenges that will enable them to grow professionally, with support from experienced staff
  • Be eligible for openings in various segments within the company
  • Improve their credentials by acquiring experience that will put them ahead of the rest of the market for talent

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Finished with a degree in at least the Second Class Upper Division, in any discipline, and from a recognized university
  • Graduated between 2021 and 2023
  • Has not started the NYSC program
  • Possess leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Can work with a team made up of people from diverse backgrounds
