As part of the Orange Group Management Trainee Program, trainees will understudy departments, participate in planning, attend meetings and workshops, work with senior staff and other professionals, and learn on the job.

This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Management
  • Have some experience in sales, marketing, customer services, or management
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Should have strong computational, communication, and presentation skills
