Through the Future Leadership Program, Olam will train promising candidates in Supply Chain, Business Management, and Operational roles. Upon completing the program, they will become a part of the Olam talent pool, and be asked to work as Finance Managers. As Olam is a global company, candidates (and, eventually, the Finance Manager) will get to collaborate with international teams and learn what it means to work in a truly borderless organization.

Eligibility
Applicants should meet these criteria:- Have at least a Bachelor’s degree, especially in a Business related discipline
- Possess accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc. or an equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance
- Should be willing to work across time zones, as they will be collaborating with international peers; as such, the traditional 9-5 hours may not always apply
