1. You shall have a CLEAR vision
Leadership is impotent without a clear vision. Vision is the ability to see ahead though creative imagination of a better future or outcome. Effective leadership provides crystal-clear vision. Where there is no VISION, there can’t be manifestation of leadership. Great leaders are strong visionaries. Leadership is defined as “translating vision into reality” A man of VISION will inevitably take the LEAD in all circumstances. A man without a CLEAR vision in a position of leadership is a DISASTER about to take place! The function of leadership is to find, recognise and secure the future, but not without a CLEAR, PRECISE and EXACT vision. The clearer your VISION, the more definite and effective your leadership. Dynamic leaders possess specific visions. The seed of development and civilization in any society, community, or nation is VISION.
