3. You must embrace PASSION.
No leader makes great impact or achieves greatly without PASSION. When you focus on doing what you are passionate about, leadership is expressed. PASSION is the joy you get from doing something you care about and feel inspired to do. PASSION is the energy of inspiration living through you. When you express PASSION, you express leadership. The secret to abundance is to embrace your PASSION. Richard Branson said, “I never went into business to make money – but I have found that, if I have fun, the money will come.” It is better to pursue your PASSION than to clamour for positions. You can only lead effectively in your area of passion. Passion is the space for exceptional leadership. Those who embrace and maximise their passion early in life will never queue for pension. Successful business leaders create their enterprise around their passion. Don’t try to force passion on yourself. Leaders don’t choose their passion; their passion chooses them.
