Through the First Bank Management Associate Program (FMAP), recruits will gain skills that will enable them to excel in their assigned roles, and, in the medium to long term, in careers within the banking industry. They will get the chance to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, to help the bank into a new age of growth.


Persons who are selected to take part in the FMAP will benefit from it in the following ways:

This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
  • A good grasp of the English language (business proficiency level)
  • Bachelor’s degree (within at least the Second Class Lower division) from a recognized university
  • Postgraduate degree (at least a Master’s degree) from a reputable university or a professional qualification relevant to this opportunity (ACCA, CFA, ACAF, CNCC, FIDEF, OEC, IFEC, ABAF, CSOEC, etc.)

  • Should not be older than 32 years
