Through the First Bank Management Associate Program (FMAP), recruits will gain skills that will enable them to excel in their assigned roles, and, in the medium to long term, in careers within the banking industry. Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
  • A good grasp of the English language (business proficiency level)
  • Bachelor’s degree (within at least the Second Class Lower division) from a recognized university
  • Postgraduate degree (at least a Master’s degree) from a reputable university or a professional qualification relevant to this opportunity (ACCA, CFA, ACAF, CNCC, FIDEF, OEC, IFEC, ABAF, CSOEC, etc.)

  • Up to 3 years of experience in a structured formal corporate environment (ideally within the financial services or management consulting industries)
  • Should not be older than 32 years
