Dufil Prima says that this initiative is designed to identify some of the brightest young Nigerians and take them through a program which will prepare them for life in full employment.

Its representatives suggest that it is pushing for an even greater presence, and is striving for a bigger share of the markets it serves. Graduate trainees will learn what it takes to achieve these goals by observing and doing. They will gain practical insights that will enable them to excel in their chosen careers.

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Should have a First Class Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science
  • Should not be more than 30 years
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
  • Must be Computer literate
  • Should be willing to be deployed to any of Dufil Prima’s locations across Nigeria
