  Deloitte is inviting accounting and finance professionals to apply for a place in its program, which is designed to equip them with the skills they need to improve their practice. It promises that persons who take part in the program will gain knowledge and insights that will enable them to excel in the future of finance.

As part of the Deloitte Nigeria Accounting and Finance Professionals Program, participants will work with the company for a contract period of one year. Within this period, persons taking part in the Accounting, Finance, and Internal Controls disciplines will sharpen their skills and gain a global perspective of their careers while working with Deloitte.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND (at least a Second Class Upper/Upper Credit) in any discipline
  • At least five O’ Level credits (WASSCE/NECO) including English and Mathematics, obtained in one sitting
  • At least 6 years of experience as Financial Controller, Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant or Auditor, or Finance Manager
  • Should be a Chartered Accountant
  • Must have experience in IFRS Reporting, Internal Control, Operational Accounting, and Financial Planning
  • Experience working with one of the Big 4 confers added advantage
