The Dangote Group Graduate Trainee Program will run for 12 months and will allow the organization to add to its pool of high-quality talent. Candidates recruited to the program will work in an environment populated by professionals of diverse backgrounds. They will shadow staff members, conduct research, complete fieldwork, take on other real-world tasks, and note things they learn along the way.

Eligibility

Applicants should meet these conditions to stand a chance of being considered for a place in the program:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (at least in the Second Class Lower Division) or HND (at least Upper Credit) from a reputable university or polytechnic
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
  • Should not be older than 28 years at the time they apply
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Have between 0 and 2 years of experience
