  The AHEAD program exists to train and equip young aspiring professionals from across Africa with the knowledge and skills they need to build successful careers. Ultimately, the program’s organizers hope, the initiative will contribute to the positive transformation of the business landscape on the continent. Persons who get through this program are expected to become top performers at their company and be recognized as a valuable asset to their employers.

Throughout 3 to 4 months, participants will learn to think, speak, and act like consummate professionals. They will build their profiles as leaders who can inspire teams and, upon completing the program, will gain access to exciting work opportunities that are a good match for their interests and skills.

Persons who enrol with the AHEAD Foresight Group Program will benefit from it in the following ways:

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Must be aged between 18 and 35 years old
  • Be from Africa or the African diaspora
  • Have a university degree
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
