  Access Corporation, in partnership with Nerdzfactory Foundation, is organizing the Women Digital Entrepreneurship Program. This initiative is designed to equip women to digitize their businesses and position them for sustainable success in their domains. Ultimately, the program’s organizers aim to encourage more women to start and grow online businesses, promote women’s entrepreneurship, and close the economic gender gap.

Participants will learn a wide range of skills and acquire knowledge that’s crucial to building a successful enterprise. They will find out what kinds of businesses they can begin, how to start them and the steps they should take to grow such ventures. They will also learn to keep financial records, market their products and services online, and drive sales.

Eligibility

The Access Corporation and Nerdzfactory Women Digital Entrepreneurship Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Be a Nigerian female citizen aged 25 to 40 years
  • Currently unemployed or underemployed
  • Must have at least an SSCE or OND certificate
  • Have access to a reliable internet connection
  • Must be able to take part in the hybrid learning program (virtual and physical sessions)
  • Note: physical sessions will take place at the Nerdzfactory Company in Ogudu GRA, Lagos
