Through this program, suitably qualified individuals will join specific divisions of the bank and learn the skills that it takes to succeed on the job in those segments. Persons who would like to work in corporate and investment banking, retail sales, or tech, are invited to apply.

Programs and Eligibility

These are the programs for which applications are currently open, along with their corresponding departments and eligibility requirements for entry:
  • ELTP Grad: This program will train persons who could fill roles in the Enterprise Resource Group, Corporate and Investment Banking Division, and Commercial Banking Division. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in at least the Second Class Lower Division from a reputable university.
  • ELTP Retail: This will train people who could take up roles in Retail Sales and Product and Retail Operations. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in at least the Second Class Lower Division from a reputable university.

Register to attend the CN Business Mixer
  • ELTP Tech: This is for people who may fill roles in technology. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline or Economics, within at least the Second Class Lower Division, from a reputable university.
  • Internship: Open to people with a Bachelor’s degree (in at least the Second Class Lower Division).
