Speaking about this initiative, representatives at Sterling Bank say that they recognize how important mothers are to the formation of the individual who they parent and nurture. But they also believe that mothers should have the opportunity to contribute to the broader economy, even while functioning primarily as caregivers for their children. The bank says that this opportunity allows them to play both roles as best they can.

Opportunities

Mothers can apply for one of these roles, which include remote and part-time openings: Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Customer Service, Graphics Design, Branding, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Technology.
