Propertymart, a real estate investment and development company in Nigeria has revealed yet another architectural masterpiece which it calls Grenadines Terraces Resort in Katampe, Abuja filled with luxury and aesthetics targeted towards giving prospective buyers value for their money. The estate is located in the Central Business District of the Federal Capital Territory and is an addition to the company’s project portfolio – The Grenadine Homes known for quality and luxury.
From a statement by the company, Propertymart has since 2008 invested heavily in real estate development adding that “Grenadines Terraces Resort at Katampe depicts a true resort, a place where toils of life are forgotten and family memories are cherished.”
It further stated, “This estate is aimed to make residents experience luxury in living, and also to give them relaxation and the blissful feel of a resort”, pointing out that it provides conveniences such as a dual swimming pool where life stress is shed to natural waters, and an ornamental fish pond with an eco-friendly feel creating a direct feel of nature.
The estate is about a 10 minute drive from the Abuja CBD and it provides other amenities such as 24 hours CCTV surveillance cameras, 24 hours constant electricity, underground cable laying, asphalt road network, treated water supply etc.
The Grenadines Terraces Resort Katampe-Abuja which was designed by Play-In Architecture Limited –a Picasso award winning company– has 25 units of four-bedroom terrace houses, all rooms en-suit with maid room, living room, dining and fitted kitchen.
Each of the terrace houses are going for N85 million.
