Never like the first time we met

Eyes like Diamonds in a field of snow

Never like the first words she said

Like pathway created by water, she flows

Never like the first walk we had

Moments to remember, the wind behind our back

A cold day in September

Never like the first kiss, lips velvety Dark like penumbra

Never like the first time distance came in between

With my mind she played like the strings of a Violin

Never like the first letter she wrote

Each word a rhythm, I felt every note

With distance came argument

Never like the first time, Apology made love permanent

Never like the first time we painted ourselves with the colours of the night

Your arms, your embrace

I’m lost in your sight

Never like the first time, she pulled me close and whispered

It February 14th

Remember it’s our First Time.
