The Nokia 3310, a robust mobile phone that gained popularity in the world around year 2000 till late 2007 is back. The icon was first announced on September 1, 2000 and later released in the same year. A recent version, which will be available in the market from May, 2017, has an amazing update over its predecessor. Question is, does this new gadget live up to its ancestor? The old Nokia 3310 was known for its toughness, rigidity and durability which the new Nokia 3310 shares. Like the old Nokia, it has basic functions like stopwatch, calculator, games and alarm, but with an updated interface. The new Nokia 3310 (2017) has 2.4 inch QVGA (Quarter Video Graphics Array), a 2MP rear camera and a microSD slot. It comes with 2G network coverage for use on any preferable network provider. The device comes with 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded up to 32GB. It is available both in single and double SIM variant and powers on 1200mAH battery capacity. By all indication, Nokia 3310 has been upgraded to a better version. The old Nokia 3310 fans should be running to the shops to reacquire their old love. Well, except they have moved on, what with the drove of smartphones released into the market on a daily basis. What do you think? Do you think it was a good move to resurrect the legendary Nokia 3310?
