MTN has launched a special data bundle for Eskimi users across the country. Eskimi is a social network with more than
6 million active users, MTN subscribers can order Eskimi bundle by sending SMS ESKW for a weekly plan or ESKM for a monthly data bundle to the short code 131. The bundle can also be activated by USSD dialing *662*1*3# and selecting the preferred bundle option.
The bundle costs N25 (per week) and N60 per month. Speaking on the new partnership, Vytas Paukstys, CEO of Eskimi said, “We are happy to announce this partnership with the largest telecommunications provider in Nigeria. Eskimi users are staying online on average for one hour every day. This will be good news for Eskimi members, as they will enjoy the service and also save money.”
Larry Annetts, the Chief Marketing Officer of MTN Nigeria said, “Eskimi has shown tremendous growth in Nigeria, hitting a 6 million user mark this year in just few years after the service was launched in Nigeria.
