Last weekend, we suggested that you watch “Before I do”, “Low lives and High Hopes” and “Date Night”. This weekend, here are the movies you should see:


Who is a comedy movie produced by IK Ogbonna. It follows the story of an Igbo man and a Hausa woman who fall in love with a hilarious tale that will become world headline news. The movie features Enyinna Nwigwe, IK Ogbonna, Martha Ankomah, Etomi Okoka, Gregory Ojefua. It is screening in Silverbird Cinemas, starting this weekend.


In John Boyega’s Pacific Rim: Uprising, Jake Pentecost, a once-promising Jaeger pilot whose venerable father died ensuring humanity’s victory against the hideous Kaiju (giant alien monsters that threatened humanity’s existence) has since abandoned his training and become a criminal. He is then called to duty when an even more insurmountable threat is unleashed tearing through cities and bring the entire world to its knees. Jake is given one last chance to live up to his father’s legacy, leading an army of young mech-suited combatants to fight off the interstellar beings.
