One of Nigeria’s golden boys at this year’s African Cup of Nations, Victor Moses, seems to be his on way out of Stamford Bridge.
He is on the brink of making a season-long loan to Merseyside giants, Liverpool, after moving down the pecking order with the arrivals of Kevin De Bruyne and Andre Schurrle. Also Willian’s imminent arrival put the final nail in his coffin as it proved the winger isn’t in Jose Mourinho’s plans for the new season.
It is understood that Chelsea is demanding a £2million loan fee for Moses but Liverpool wants a reduced fee for the player.
Liverpool’s fierce rivals, Everton was the first club to enquire about Moses but Chelsea rebuffed its bid at the time.
Mourinho has come out and said that some players will leave the club on loan as he doesn’t want to lose any player to any club permanently.
