  LEAP Africa, an organization that empowers young people and bridges the gap in leadership, education, employability, and entrepreneurship, is inviting young women from across Nigeria and Africa to apply for a position in its Leadership Accelerator Program. LEAP Africa is keen on hearing from women who strongly desire to make a difference, are eager to lead, and want to experience growth.

This year’s edition of the annual LEAP Africa Leadership Accelerator Program is its third. It will feature skill and capacity-building training, expert support, and mentorship. Participants can also take advantage of networking opportunities and connect with female leaders from various domains.

Benefits

Persons who are accepted into the LEAP Africa Leadership Accelerator will benefit from it in the following ways:
  • Undergo a 3-week virtual course and 1-week physical boot camp, both of which will help them acquire new leadership skills and sharpen existing ones
  • Access to 6 months of ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Take advantage of networking opportunities, connect with peers, and build valuable professional relationships
  • Get the chance to begin a journey in corporate leadership, break glass ceilings, and advance up the leadership ladder

Eligibility
