- Selected teams will receive a $100,000 investment in exchange for 7.5% equity in their companies, utilizing a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).

Eligibility Criteria
- Applications are welcome from startups headquartered anywhere globally, innovating in any sector within agriculture.
- Relocation to Huntsville, Alabama (USA), for the program’s duration is required.
- Participation in person is mandatory for startups.
