It is particularly interested in hearing from persons who want to build capacities in Process Automation, Technology Implementation, Product Development, and technology advisory.

Through the Graduate Academy Program, it aims to train the next generation of professionals to deliver world-class service in their chosen careers. The program will last for 6 weeks and will consist of virtual and in-person training.


Persons who are accepted into the Deloitte Graduate Academy Program will benefit from it in the following ways:
  • Acquire and sharpen skills that give them an edge in the market for technology talent
  • Receive stipends that will cover basic expenses for the duration of the program
  • Get the chance to be placed with Deloitte professionals for finance projects
  • Become readily employable
  • Participate in graduate recruitment after the program (if they perform exceptionally well)

This program is open to persons who meet these conditions:
  • Software developers should have experience with at least two of these pairs: Java/C#, Jscript/Angular JS, VB/UI Path, SQL Server/Oracle, Python/R, and CSS and HTML
  • Have a strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Have a good grasp of Web Application Components
  • Prior experience will confer an added advantage
