When the word exercise is mentioned, most people cringe because they think it is difficult and complex. However, this is not always true as there are some simple daily activities that exercise your body even when you are not paying attention. Exercise strengthens the muscles of the body by keeping them in optimum condition and ensuring that they are always ready to be used in carrying out various physical activities. walking

1. Walking: As simple as this is, most people do not know the value of being able to move around with our legs. Walking is one of the simplest and most effective forms of exercise as it involves more than half of the body’s muscles. Simply walking around will ensure that majority of your muscles such as the ones present in the legs, the back, the thighs and even the hands are in use.
