Most people have no idea how to lose the fatty deposits in their bodies. Even most fitness instructors who profess to know what best to do, haven’t got a clue. They’re just blind mice leading other blind mice in a maze. They tell you it’s your fault and not theirs when you fail to shift the weight. Some might tell you it’s due to your lack of will power.

My instructor often told me that there’s no such thing as bad students, only bad tutors. Most fitness instructors set people for failure because of their own shortcomings, not yours! They don’t help you generate your own will to sustain a lifestyle of consistent exercise regime. They don’t give you a workout plan involving: Nutrition Exercise Mental-emotional-spiritual strategies Look out for our posts on each of these topics. About the Author Tony Ekaidem is a graduate of Human Anatomy from the University of Calabar. He was inducted into the World Taekwondo Hall of Fame as a Master Instructor in 2011. He is a Senior Master Instructor (SMI) in the art of Jidokwan Taekwondo and is a licensed 5th degree black belt holder with more than 15 years of experience.
