Former Super Eagles goal tender, Vincent Enyeama, may finally get his chance to prove himself to the world yet again, if he is handed a deal by French Ligue 2 club, Djion.

Enyeama, who began a one week trail at Djion last week, was spectacular on his first day of training.  The player has, however, been left out of the club’s pre-season game against Stade De Reims last Saturday.

Enyeama is largely perceived as the worthy replacement for Bobby Allain, who left the club for Olympiakos in the summer transfer window.

He (Enyeama) looks sharp and bright. He could be the one to replace Bobby if he gets a short term deal.

It is still uncertain, but the former Lille and Maccabi Tel Aviv goalkeeper could make his first appearance for Djion when they face Nimes on Saturday.

Enyeama, 36, has 101 caps for Nigeria since he made his professional career debut.

Between 2009 and 2011, Enyeama helped Hapoel Tel-Aviv win the Israeli Premier League (2009-2010) the Isreal State Cup (2010, 2011).

In 2012, the Nigeria was also in goal for Maccabi Tel Aviv when they won the Israeli Premier League (2012-2013).
