It seems like the new scripture of Nigeria football will be according to “Joel”.
This is the name of the new whiz kid which will be chanted for years to come both in Nigeria and Inter Milan football club, where he plies his trade.
Many have compared him to the already established Eagle star, John Mikel Obi who currently hold the midfield position in Chelsea FC. But unlike the John, Joel displays better midfield abilities like tenacity, better passing ability, pace and can also attack opponents with ease.
The potential the Jos born footballer shown when he was still a cadet footballer, has dramatically eluded him since he joined the premier league giants five years ago. Now Nigerians have shifted their hopes to the new Obi of Inter Milan of Italy
One can only wish the new star a prosperous football career and hope he surpasses the achievement of his role model, Jay-Jay Okocha, as he has allegedly dreamt.
