There are so many ways to enjoy your fruits outside the regular bite-and-chew. The avocado banana smoothie helps you enjoy your favourite healthy fruits in a rich creamy and healthy smoothie.

Amazingly, this smoothie is rich in potassium and contains healthy oils to help normalize the blood sugar. It also helps to relax you and improve sleep. This healthy combination of avocado, banana, lemon and ginger and the refreshing taste that comes with it is one in a million. You definitely need to try it out.


  • Avocado (sliced)
  • Parsley (for garnishing, optional)
  • Grated ginger
  • Lemon juice
  • Banana (sliced)
  • 2-3 ice cubes

How to Prepare

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Garnish with parsley leaves.
  4. Serve chilled.
