Cross River State Government is committed to improving the quality of life for its citizens, that is why it is introducing the MYSMARTCITYCARD.

MYSMARTCITYCARD is a biometric based bank grade identity card that carries your personal information in a secure manner giving you unique identification as a Cross Riverian. It is also an EMV certified payment card that can be used across multiple payment channels such as ATMs,POS teriminals and online. It is designed to give Cross River State residents access to basic welfare services such as healthcare, pension, transportation, educational bursaries, social amenities and benefits.
