For the past few days, Banky W has been providing food to the needy in Lagos through the Lekki Food Bank. This initiative is backed by the Lekki Residents Association, the Nigeria Police Force and Community leaders in the Maruwa Community.

Given the COVID-19 situation in the country, the charitable efforts by these celebrities are commendable. These acts of kindness are a positive response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They go a long way in curbing the spread of the virus by capturing the attention of the ill-informed in society.

In this way, many Nigerians can be enlightened on the importance of taking the right measures to protect themselves and their loved ones during the pandemic.
