It is looking to hear from graduates from any field of study who have little or no job experience but are willing to learn and grow their professional capacities in the world of investment management. Through this program, Chapel Hill Denham will train smart young Nigerians to become skilled workers in this segment of finance.

Applicants are expected to possess a design-thinking mindset, a can-do spirit, and a willingness to learn and apply themselves. While prior qualifications besides a Bachelor’s degree aren’t necessary, some form of certification in accounting/finance or a related discipline will confer an added advantage.

Eligibility

The Chapel Hill Denham Management Development Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division)
  • Between 0 and 3 years of work experience
  • Preference will be shown for persons with professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, ACA, or CIS
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
