Brila 88.9FM, Nigeria’s foremost sports station, has signed an agreement with the Nigerian Basketball Federation (NBBF), to promote and project the league to more Nigerians and the World.
This agreement will give Brila FM a special status to report events and updates on the Nigerian Basketball League through its broadcasting and online platforms.
The agreement was signed in Abuja, where the CEO of Brila FM, Larry Izamoje; the President of the NBBF, Tijani Umar; and the Secretary, Francis Gbiri were present.
Izamoje said, “This event is momentous as Brila FM remains the only platform that can help project and promote basketball in Nigeria with the partnership bound to serve as catalyst to the growth of basketball in Nigeria. We have again proven our commitment to the all-round growth of sports in Nigeria; this is another leap and we again reassure sports fans, home and abroad that, as a truly global brand, we remain committed to robust delivery and continually-enriched content in our bid to consolidate our leadership position in the business of sportscasting.”
