The company is specifically searching for graduates of certain Engineering and Engineering Technology disciplines and allied fields who are ready to learn on the job and acquire skills that will prove useful to them throughout their career journeys.

Persons selected for this program will join and work with a team of Geologists, Reservoir Engineers, Well Integrity Geoscientists, Geomechanical Engineers, and Petrophysicists. They will learn what it’s like to collaborate with teams comprising persons from diverse backgrounds and professional experiences, in an international organization with a presence spanning numerous time zones.

Eligibility

The Baker Hughes Reservoir Technical Services Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Geosciences, or similar disciplines
  • Graduated with a GPA greater or equal to 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent
  • Must have graduated within the last 36 months
  • Be fluent in oral and written English and possess good communication skills
