The ReelSkills for Agribusiness (R4A) program is built to train Nigerians who want to work in agri-processing. Besides enabling them to acquire relevant skills, the program will link them to jobs in the sector. Within a period spanning three years, about 1,000 young people (60% of them being women) will be trained. A minimum of 800 people selected from this group will be connected to decent jobs.

This program targets people between the ages of 18 and 35 who have limited work experience. Persons who intend to take part in it can choose one of these two program tracks:

The R4A program is funded by the Netherlands Government as part of the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE) program.
