The Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship (KIF) Program runs with the aim of identifying and supporting young Nigerians who want to make a difference by taking on leadership roles. It exists to build a network of such people who will fill critical governance positions within the next decade.

  • Live in a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment and receive breakfast, all for free and for the fellowship’s duration.
  • Gain skills that are needed to successfully serve as leaders in various capacities, especially in the public sector.
  • Get the chance to connect with a network of aspiring and emerging leaders in the public sphere.
