Applications are currently open for the Apple Entrepreneur Camp 2023, targeted at underrepresented founders worldwide. You may consider applying for this opportunity if you are a startup founder or developer with an existing app on the Apple app store.

This program will provide participants with guidance that will enable them to improve their apps. They will also gain insights, receive mentorship and be inspired by leading figures at Apple. In addition, they will get continuous support and join global alumni of founders who can help them improve their businesses.

The Apple Entrepreneur Camp will facilitate one-on-one engagements with Apple’s engineers and experts, who will work with attendees to better their applications. At the end of the program, participants will get feedback on their progress and interact with senior leaders at Apple.

Eligibility

Persons who want to apply for this program should meet these criteria:

  • Be a black founder, cofounder, or CEO
  • Have a black or female developer who is proficient in Objective-C or Swift
  • Have an existing app on the Apple app store, or a functional beta built-in TestFlight
  • The founder/co-founder and developer must be at least 18 years old and be fluent in English

A Breakdown Of The Application

The application has four parts, as described below:

1. Organization Details: Briefly introduce your organization (explain what it is and what it does), and provide contact information of up to three people who may attend the program on the organization’s behalf.
2. Your App: Provide information about your app and its development team. Share a download or demo link and up to three screenshots or wireframes showing the user experience. 3. The Future: Explain what insights and learning you hope to gain from the program and your plans for the future. 4. Additional Information: Choose dates for which you’ll want to apply, and share any other comments you may have.

The deadline for applications is December 5, 2022.
