Our lives are precious gifts given to us by the Almighty, and no one wants to lose theirs even though death is certain. It is, therefore, normal for every individual to want to live for as long as possible. Self-preservation is one of the most powerful forces that drive human beings to keep moving on. Everyone wants to live for a little bit longer and try to escape death for as long as possible. In light of this, here are some useful tips:

  1. Avoid stress: Stress is one of the fastest killers of the world as it leads to various illnesses like hypertension, depression, migraines, mental distress and so on. The best way to avoid most sicknesses that cut life short is to avoid stress altogether.parenting

  4. Exercise: Exercising the body allows it to become stronger and healthier. Regular exercise guarantees the normal flow of blood in the body system, thereby ensuring balanced blood circulation and an increased life expectancy of the body system.
  5. Protect yourself: To survive and live long in this world, one must devise effective means to protect oneself from dangers. Part of this is to always follow normal safety procedure, avoid diseases as much as possible and adhere to necessary survival instincts.
