She is currently the West Africa Marketing Manager for the Oral Health Category at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer, where she executes marketing campaigns for brands.

She previously worked at Guinness Nigeria Plc (a Diageo Company); and on brands such as Coca-Cola, the World Health Organization, MTN Nigeria Ltd, Phillips Consulting, Silverbird Group, amongst others while working in an agency.
Mrs Toyo is also the founder and Lead Coach of EmpowerU Career Consulting, an enterprise that trains and equips young graduates and professionals with employability skills for success in the job market.

She has also received at least, twenty-one (21) Global Recognition Awards at GSK for innovation, performance, teamwork. A Guinness Nigeria Marketing excellence Award for being restless and agile. She is also a two-time winner of the CEO’s MVP Award at Sponge, West Africa.
Toyo has also been featured on the YNAIJA Powerlist for Corporate Nigeria and was nominated for the prestigious and renowned ‘The Future Awards Africa Prize’ in the professional service category for excellence and impact in the corporate world. Based on the impact of her work, she has been featured in The Business Day, Channels TV Rubbing Minds, Arise TV, West African Careers; amongst others.
She is also a seasoned speaker; spoken at many industry conferences and networks across Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Turkey, Pakistan and the UK.
In the future, Fiyin Toyo looks forward to leading a marketing team in the near future and ultimately gaining multi-market experience to help her transition into a General Management role at an exciting multinational.
