How To Use The App
The Darum app is available for download on the Google Play Store and the App Store for iOS users. After downloading the app, you can order for delivery service by selecting your pickup and delivery location, and a dispatch rider nearby will help you get it done. To begin using its services, click the app to open it, click ”log in” to register, and select ”sign up”. At this stage, you’d be required to enter your mobile number to receive a verification code. After entering the verification code, you will be ushered to a profile page to fill out details such as your full name, gender, email address, password of your choice, and a referral code which is optional.Sign up to the Connect Nigeria daily newsletter
On the homepage of the app, there are several options to choose from to launch and manage delivery. To order for a dispatch rider, you have to set a pickup location and a destination location for your package. After this, click “Find a dispatcher” and fill in delivery details which will specify whether you’re the sender or the receiver of the package. You should also add a payment option which can be a Master Card or digital wallet. You will then be shown an estimated cost of the delivery. Once your delivery has started, you can track it by entering your delivery code which will be assigned to you once your delivery begins.
