  Auditions are open for the Next Titan, Nigeria’s premier entrepreneurial reality TV show. If you’re an entrepreneur and you have a great business idea to showcase, here’s your chance to get the funding you need for it.

This year, The Next Titan is into its eighth season, themed The Uncaged. And like previous editions, it promises a sizeable reward for its winners, regardless of the industry to which their idea belongs. All that’s required is that the contestant has a business that’s strong enough to scale through detailed scrutiny and limiting factors. The Next Titan is powered by Bravopoints and sponsored by Heritage Bank, as well as Msport, Sifax Group, and Haven Homes. It’s also supported by Terra Seasoning Cubes, RC Cola, Lifemate Furniture, and Nikki Taurus.

Benefits

  • There’s a grand prize of ₦15 million on offer for the winner’s business
  • The top 1,000 applicants will qualify for funding of up to ₦3 million for their business if it is registered, and ₦250,000 if it is unregistered, courtesy of the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF)

Eligibility

You will have to meet the following criteria to qualify:
  • Be a Nigerian aged between 21 and 40 years.
  • A graduate or an undergraduate of a higher institution of learning.
  • Be willing to move into and reside in The Next Titan House for the duration of the show (10 weeks).
  • Must not be an employee (or related to an employee) of Bravopoints International Limited (the organizers), Heritage Bank, or the program’s other sponsors.

How The Program Will Unfold

Aspiring participants may go through the following stages leading up to the final:
  • They can apply on the website by filling a registration form on it, explaining their business idea, and upload their full picture.
  • Selected applicants will be called up for a video interview or physical audition, depending on their location. Physical auditions will be held in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, and Enugu.
  • The top 80 contestants from the auditions will take part in an online Bootcamp, followed by a physical Bootcamp for the top 50. This process will produce the final 16 candidates who will go into The Next Titan House.
  • The 16 finalists will battle it out through 10 tasks, over 10 weeks.
  • The winner will win the grand prize of ₦15 million.
