The IYF says that this program aims to identify and support change-making social enterprises led by young innovators. This program is funded by the Conrad N Hilton Foundation, and jointly executed by the IYF and LEAP Africa. It will be enabling its awardees to scale their solutions and interventions, to boost their social impact and drive positive change in Nigeria.

Eligibility
This program is open to social ventures that meet the following criteria:
- Run by young social entrepreneurs
- Early to mid-stage social venture operating in Nigeria
- Alumnus of LEAP Africa’s Social Innovators Program
Applications will remain open until March 31, 2024.
