- Live Streaming: Communication, as we now see, can be made in real-time. You can now join live conversations. It is a great add-on to brand credibility as you get to ask questions live, launch new products, host sessions, and lots more.
- Social Listening: Now that social media can be used to achieve so much more, so much is invested into social media success. People have set up masterminds to teach the nitty-gritty of the platforms and what is to be known. Jobs like social media management, content management and strategy now exist. People get paid to handle brand presence and monitor conversations online.
