Lagos State Declares Friday Public Holiday

Lagos State Government has declared Friday as holiday for all civil servants in the state, and pleads with private sector to close early. This, it explained, was to enable them collect their Permanent Voter Card (PVC) from INEC. Distribution of the PVCs is scheduled to hold from Friday, 7th till Sunday, 9th November.
