He is the founder and CEO of roHealth, a health coverage management platform that enables Nigerians to select affordable health insurance plans from a broad array of options. The company currently serves thousands of employees from over a hundred businesses. Before launching roHealth, Olude was well-known for cofounding Jobberman, West Africa’s leading jobs portal, in 2009, along with Ayodeji Adewunmi and Opeyemi Awoyemi. He served there for eight years as Chief Operating Officer, helping to build the company into the regional giant it is today. Earlier in his career, he worked as Data Analyst at Goldman Sachs in London, and as Network Engineer at Telemobile Nigeria Limited. Following his exit from Jobberman, Olude worked a short while as Head, Executive Search at Ringier One Africa Media, South Africa, and with Seek Limited, an Australian human resource consulting company.

He went on to establish Rovedana Limited, a startup that provides staffing and payroll financing services to Small and Medium Enterprises in Nigeria. He is also a co-founder at CicoServe Payments Limited, a FinTech startup delivering grassroots banking to Nigerians through numerous agents situated across the country. Olude has served as Special Adviser on Job Creation and Youth Empowerment to Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun. He currently sits on the board of various startups. In 2016, he was named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People by Advance Media. Olude has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer from Obafemi Awolowo University, and an MBA from the Imperial College Business School London. He has also attended the Executive Management Program at the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, and the Executive Education program in Strategy and Leadership at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
