Africa Emotional Intelligence Conference (AEIC) is arguably the largest gathering of corporate Africa on Emotional Intelligence tagged “Africa Emotional intelligence Conference, theme; PERSONAL & ORGANIZATIONAL VITALITY; AN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE PATHWAY which will take place in Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja Lagos on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28st of May 2019.

Every day, we are reminded that the world is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous. This VUCA environment has an impact on our personal and professional lives, at work, at home, and in our communities. This complexity makes it increasingly difficult, in particular, to achieve a sense of organizational vitality
Although the buzz of emotional intelligence in Africa is growing, there is still very low intentional and pragmatic utilization of Emotional Intelligence competencies and tools as a driver for improving work and life. It is designed to bridge the gap between the knowledge of Emotional intelligence and the utilization of Emotional Intelligence Competencies for improving personal and organizational productivity and profitability. After an outstanding 2018 conference, the 2019 conference promises to be more impactful.
While business communities in other part of the world are already using Emotional Intelligence tools, competencies, models and technology to impact business productivity and profitability, companies in the Africa business environment are simply learning the “concept” of Emotional Intelligence, limiting it to a relationship building tool. Emotional Intelligence is not just a relationship building idea; it’s a business/organizational development strategic tool.

We have conveyed the leading Emotional Intelligence dedicated practitioners, leading corporate business consultants/coaches and educational experts around Africa and Dubai as facilitators in this conference and with the little awareness we have created, we have received calls from conference speakers in America, India, South Africa, and Kenya hoping to join the array of speakers in AEIC.
