Manage and Resolve is a platform for training on and resolution of disputes using the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms. Our focus is on contractual arrangements, employment, debt recovery, insolvency, maritime, and banking/financial disputes. The primary goals of this platform include disputes management, from risks assessment to proffering alternative dispute resolution options to corporations and entities. Resolving issues amicably whilst still maintaining business relations between parties is important to businesses and this is our value proposition. What will participants gain from the training:
