Candidates shortlisted from the pool of applicants will be expected to write an aptitude test and an essay. If they are successful at the test, they will be invited for an interview. After scaling this point in the recruitment process, they will be ushered into the internship, where they will be allowed to join one of the company’s technical teams and work with them for 1 year.

Eligibility

The MainOne Graduate Internship Program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
  • Graduated with a degree in at least a Second Class Upper Division, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering
  • Yet to begin their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program (this is open to both current and prospective NYSC members)
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities through extra-curricular activity
  • Be able to work with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
