You can now watch live Nigerian events from the comfort of your home or office with this great innovation. On June 17, 2015, entertainment platform, Hip TV publicly launched its new high tech real time TV website, #RealTime, and equipment to facilitate its operations. Dr Sid, Korede Bello, M.I., Jimmy Jatt, as well as business executives Emeka Mba, Chris Ubosi and others were in attendance at this history-making event.  #Realtime is a revolutionary broadcast service which employs High Definition (HD) and convergence technology to connect viewers with live-events, right as they occur. The innovation is a much-needed solution for people around the world who are unable to experience events in person due to location. Shows scheduled for live broadcast include future AY Live comedy shows, Yaw Live On Stage shows and the wedding ceremony of Nigerian celebrities Osas Ighodalo and Gbenro Ajibade. “We’re changing prime time to real time TV,” Hip TV founder, Ayo Animashaun reportedly told NET news at the event which took place at The Landmark Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos. Mr. Animashaun has been operating in the entertainment industry for nearly two decades. His platform Hip TV serves the urban Nigerian community with the latest in music and lifestyle.
