ABOUT EZI EMELA Rising Afrobeats sensation and singer/songwriter Ezi Emela – real name Ezichimemela Ezeh – is exactly what Afrobeats music has been missing in 2012. Hugely anticipated and hotly tipped for super stardom, Ezi – an actress, model and artist – is what many would describe as a “Triple Threat” and rightly so. Born in Manchester, England to Nigerian parents, Ezi has had a passion for music for as long as she can remember and has been singing from a very tender age.
